 Bought a product via the website, email sent stated 6-8weeks, after 3 months we resched out and got a template response for another 6-8 weeks. After 5 months requested a refund, got another template response about the number of refund requests and it'll take a while. Now nearly a year from our order date still no product or refund, reaching out we get similar template response with same duration, no specifics on our position in order queue or anything.
