I order Scenix windows through the online distributor, Porch Windows Direct, with an expected delivery of 5-8 weeks. The company immediately charged my credit card. When I made an inquiry at 5 weeks about when to expect delivery, the owner, Mr. Winters, told me that manufacturing would take the maximum, 8 weeks. At 8 weeks I began inquiring repeatedly by voice and email, but the company was nonresponsive. It was then I called the manufacturer and found out the no orders for the product I had ordered had been made by Porch Window Direct.
