I ordered two pair of boots from Popzora.com and it took about three weeks to get one pair. The second pair has never shown up. My card was charged $79.98 for two pair. The size is wrong and they don't fit, they are too small. Therefore I have to send them back. So I emailed customer service and they told me the return address is China. No street name, no company name, just China. I am on my fourth or fifth email with whomever I am speaking to trying to get my refund. I went on pop Zora Facebook and everybody says it's a scam and I learned my lesson. The sizes that you order are not correct and they don't send you your entire order, they sent the wrong size and it was clearly marked my size, and they will not give you a return address to send the product back. It's a scam

I found Popzora on Instagram. I was scrolling through and saw a picture of popcorn sweater pajama pants. I went to the site and then placed my order everything seamed legit. It took a month to get the pants and when I opened them they were nothing like the picture. they were not pop corn sweater material they were invoiced as cozy hair pants that looked nothing like the ones I saw the model in on Instagram. they were made very cheaply and was of not quality. I contacted the company via email. I explained that the pants were not what I ordered. They explained that I could return them nut the cost was my responsibility and that it would be costly and they would return 15% o my money if I wanted to just do that rather than returning them. I attached a picture of what they said I was getting.
