I ordered hand sanitizer on April 5, 2020. They said it was in stock interest United States. I emailed them on April 9th asking when it would be shipped. They replied that they were backed up, but it was being shipped. April 16th they emailed me saying it was shipped. I track the order and the label is created bit hasn't been shipped

I try to email them again and now the site and email address doesn't exist.
