I ordered a face mask due to COVID-19 virus on April 9th for $22.98. I never received anything and contacted them by email. They said I would receive the ordered item shortly and they would provide tracking data when it was shipped. A few days later I received an email by them saying item was on it's way. After waiting a few days I tried to track the order but to no avail. I tried to contact Popumart and now the web site no longer is active and still haven't received the item and it's now 25 April. Also I see on line where Popumart is nothing but a scam company.
