Add on facebook selling Clothes at very low low prices. Selected clothes, paid by credit card. Then never received items Have been in contact with company now since Feb when the items were bought. They keep giving me excuses for not being able to refund my account. there are other names of company's they use.. Billy City. Tacediso. They have fake store fronts with JC Penny in the names. along with Kohls and Sears. Selling clothes at low prices, scamming folks out of 30 to 100 dollars per person, then it flies under the radar. Because it's not as big amount. To be noticed. I have a chain of emails from Popular store that confirm I have been in contact and have asked for my refund.
