I placed an order in January, 2020, and the package arrived a month later. One of the items was missing, and the rest of the items weren't as described (color, size, fabric, etc.). I was extremely disappointed with the purchase and contacted PopReason for a refund. I was asked to send the items back, which I did on February 25, and up to this day (mid June) haven't received my refund. PopReason has both the items and my money.

I placed an order January 30, for a white jumpsuit and was willing to wait more than a month for the company to make delivery. I was travelling when the package arrived at the end of February. By the time I was able to retrieve this package from my mailbox and try on the garment the first week of March, I realized that there was no way I could wear it. I am a size 8 and I am 5 feet 8 inches tall. I ordered an XL based on the measurements on their site. Still the garment was ill fitting. The zipper did not go all the way down without hooking into the netting fabric at the back. Also the netting fabric was tan in the picture and the one on the garment was white. After forcing myself into the garment, the hem of the pants were way too short (by my shins way above my ankles), the crotch is too short and the outfit did not look like the picture. on March 16, I wrote an email requesting a return, I was told that I was past their 15 day return policy. I wrote another email on March 18 asking that they act in good faith especially given the COVID-19 situation and explained that the garment simply does not fit. I received a terse email back, stating "that's our policy". I went back to their site to find this policy and the site was taken down.

Please do not order anything from these knock off sites. You will not get what you pay for.
