Never got my product. Had to fight for a refund, and then I got a bull[censored] email that it was past the 180 day window for a refund. Definitely do not recommend. Total scam!

On 5/7/20 ordered shoe inserts. Credit card charged right away. Contacts with company blame COVID but won’t give me a credit. No shipping or tracking info provided. Fraudulent.

Ordered device for plantar fasciitis via Facebook 5/13/2020. Informed of delivery in 3-5 weeks. Emailed last Friday to report it has been greater than 7 weeks, and product still not received. Requested refund. Rep reports it is “in transit.” Ignored request does refund. 7/6 & product has still not arrived!
