It is a company that makes makeup. On 2/20 I placed an order for an eyeshadow palette for 29.00 and was told it would be back in stock on 5/30. On 5/28 I received my “tracking” email that says to this day (6/26) that usps is still waiting on the item. When you try to reach out to ask for help they are rude and blame it all on usps the first time now they have stopped responding. Will jot issue a refund and delete all their comments on their Instagram page of many others asking questions about the issue
