Ordered a set of 8 Funko Pop collectibles in August 2022. They were supposed to be here by Christmas. Followed up via email and Facebook in March (waited awhile because a lot of preorders take longer than usual). No reply. Reported to bank in June 2023 but because it had been months bank looked into it but would not credit us lost money.

Placed a pre-order in July with the expected shipping date October. I began contacting their customer service at the end of October to get information regarding a possible shipping date. The first few emails went unanswered. Finally someone named 'Maria' responded. ****** *****************************************************************  She was not helpful and said she would speak to the shipping manager regarding anticipated shipping date. Never heard from anyone again. The website has been shut down.
