I have never heard of this product and I never got that merchandise. I called the number which was844 902 2527.I talked to somebody named Max I explained my problem and asked could they reimburse me the $ 19.99, I was told No. I informed the person that I could not understand not very much of what she told me. No address for the company which is Popey Venture.. This is most definitely a scam..

I too just got a $19.99 charge on my bank card. I remember wanting to try some CBD tincture and for a few dollars more some CBD cream. I later cancelled by phone before the 30 days were up but I was charged not only the 19.99 for this app I never agreed upon but also some much heavier charges for the CBD stuff. Although I saw nothing about a "trial" period, this seemed like a "recurring" charge deal, but I called within the 30 days and they still wouldn't refund any of the charges. I think this outfit needs to be charged with conspiracy to commit fraud among many other illegal things.

I had $19.99 taken from my account and I have never even heard of this crap! I called 844-685-6418. She said maybe my husband ordered something. I don't have a husband, he's dead. Told me she can't refund any of the money. I asked for a supervisor and was told there isn't one working. Sure. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Such bull[censored]!

Got 19.99 charge to my credit card, called 844-978-3020, she said my wife ordered a fitness program app. She in no way would do that, but she may have done other orders from ligit places. I think they are selling her information. The girl said she would refund, 25%, I said no, then $35 and so on until she reached 75%. After a long wait she came back and said she would process the refund in the full amount. But not to cancel the charge at the bank or the refund would be cancelled. Figure the odds!

Mine is the same as most of these other folks. I ordered CBD from a different website. I cancelled when I found out later it was a "trick". Then today this 19.99 charge is made to my bank card by a Company called Most Beautiful Bottle. I called the number showing on my bank app statement of 18449782979 and told them I did not authorize the charge. They finally said they would cancel my "subscription" What!?!?but would not refund my money because I placed an order. Again, WHAT!?!? They finally sent me an email cancelling my order of Popeyes Venture Meditation which they said was placed today Again WHAT!?!? They will not refund my money. Since this is Saturday I can't talk to my bank until Monday to get a stop payment on this charge which is in pending status.

I received (2) unauthorized charges. One on 18 Aug VYA*8449781838G VYA*8449781838GOTOMEAL 844 9781838 NYUS for $19.99 and a second one on 18 Sept.
I initially contacted Natural Boost Dietary seeking credit as I had thought they were the ones who charged me since I had just recently canceled a previous order and had successfully received majority of my charges returned (less $20 supposedly restocking fee). But they informed me that they are not affiliated with this company who charged me $19.99 twice. When I called the number 844-978-1838, when I asked what company I had called they informed me Popeyes Venture. I went on to explain the unauthorized charges and requested a full refund for something I had not purchased and not authorized payment. They told me they couldn't refund but could only cancel to stop future monthly charges. I don't even have such a fitness app that they claim I purchased. I did not use any of their fitness service. I talked to 2 different people there, Isiah and Christian. Isiah just kept repeating that they don't do any refunds. Christian was trying to offer me assistance with the app (that I don't even have!). I'm just seeking full credit for unauthorized charges. When I googled Popeyes Venture, the search result app that came up says it's 'free' AND I've never seen that app before and I definitely do not have it on any of my devices. They canceled my so-called unauthorized account but I'm just seeking my full credit.

I have been trying to locate who was taking $19.99 from my account since July I finally received a phone number today after 8 calls i gave up until tomorrow i will try again. According to the first Rep. Angela stated they represent over 300 companies. I never heard of Popeyes venture mediation. They had my address wrong apartment number , wrong phone number, wrong email. I live alone and no one in my household ordered this on my bank statement its listed as Healthy Planned Meal Plan come to find out it is this company, false billing. I spoke to a supervisor Alberto who stated my correct address they still had incorrect email address. He tried to connect me to a manager who hung up on me. i called back Ann hung up on me. All of this I talked to Jeff who told me there is no supervisor on the floor and hung up on me. These people need to be stopped.. I have to get refund from my bank. Wish me luck.

Going thru the same thing. Mine is something called ExtremeSlimSkinnyFit. Got the number off of my bank statement. Getting billed since July for $19.99. Rep tried to tell me it was an app I signed up for in May and 1st 30 days was free. Im like I never signed up for anything as I never even heard of this. She proceeds to give me a web name that I've also never seen/heard of before. She begin to be rude. Told me there was no supervisor. I could tell it was some made up thing cause no name of company is ever giving. Just we work with mutual companies. I told her anything I use my info for i know the company. She proceeds to say that fake subscription is canceled. She refused to refund me. I ended up telling her she clearly need the $60 more then I. I hope it serves her/them well! I later check my email to see this Popeye Meditation thing as the cancelation. A 3rd name now..smh

Call this number 1-844-978-3020. They will put you on hold for about 15 - 20 minutes but hang in there until they answer. I got the scam cancelled for the $19.99 coming out of my account and now I'm working on trying to get a refund for the last 2 months! I'm not sure how to go about it. I saw this number along with the charge on my bank account. It is www.getdreambodynow.com . Also called "GoGo Positive". Also called "Popeye's-Venture-Meditation App". I literally hate scams like this! We need cyber cops online constantly shutting these [censored]ers down! I'm getting tired of being ripped off everytime I order something online! It infuriates me! Good luck with the number I gave you. Just tell them you want to cancel, PERIOD! I did and at least got the $19.99 stopped every month out of my bank account.

Same thing happened to all of us. I ordered CBD oil from facebook for less than $7 for shipping. Then the website will force you to order the cream for only $5 shipping. Then after 2 weeks I was charged $95 for it. I called the number and cancelled. Here's the weird thing She mentioned (with an accent) the website says trial for 14 days and if not returned you will be charged the whole price. I checked the website and there are nothing saying about trial days. There are no fine prints. This is a scam. I end up getting 30% of my money back. Then after a 2 weeks. I was charged $19.99 for something that I cancelled. Now I disputed with my bank. Now I have a new credit card. What a trouble for all these.

Last month I got a charge 2x in the same day $91.99 and $93.99 never used my debt card at all that day but remember talking to somebody asking to complete my cbd order for free product from what sounded like a jamaican lady actcent. I refused to give my card numbers to anybody and hung up the phone. Around July 31 I received cbd oil an cream in the mail.

When I called the number an was told I downloaded an app that I agreed to buy online for 1 month free trial an every month after will be $19.99.
I did not remember downloading anything an wanted to be unsubscribed immediately the scammer tryed to insist I dont cancel an offers to lower payments.
They were persistent gave them my email for confirmation of cancellation.
I did get an email that said my Popeyes order was canceled.
This is not right an hope these scammers get caught!

Scam! I ordered CBD oil, there were a lot of pop ups asking if I wanted to add something to my order, there was a cream I couldn't get by, so that came too. Didn't know anything about this Popeye crap, until I received an alert on my phone from the credit card company. I called Popeye's and they wouldn't refund my money, because it wasn't within the 30 days. Which after getting more information from them it was exactly 30 days, but they would not refund my money. I got a confirmation number for my cancellation and told them I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I did get a welcome e-mail and a cancellation email within minutes. Funny I never got the welcome e-mail initially or I would have know I had to cancel something else. Losers need to get a life! Glad I have alerts set up and a good credit card company, I'm sure they will take care of me with this, but it ticks me off how these scammers can get away with this crap. Now I'm off to FB to find these ads and trash them all over the place. My pay back to them. :)

I made a purchase from Herbal Gown CBD cream through an ad featuring Snoop Dogg. While making my purchase, I wasn't allowed to proceed unless Popeye's Venture Meditation app was included. I did NOT want this app but I could not move forward with my purchase unless I said yes. Although it says 0.00 charge, I DO NOT WANT this app, nor am I going to use it. Tried calling the customer support number provided 1-844-912-3434.. The call will not go through. It disconnects. I DO NOT Want to be charged later for something I do not want.

Same thing happened to me, just now. I cancelled the CBD oil, because I'm allergic to it and then I just got a charge that popped up on my charge card for this crap. I didn't know anything about the extra charge I was going to get and they never said a word about it when I called and cancelled the CBD oil. Try this number, I talked to a person that I could barely understand, but they got the idea. 1-844-978-3020. Make sure you get a confirmation # and I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. As soon as I cancelled I did get a confirmation e-mail, but don't hang up until you get the confirmation # written down, that way they know you mean business. I hope this helps you!

I saw an ad for Snoop Dogg CBD oil which helps with diabetes (see hyperlink below). I ordered the product using a debit card. While proceeding to checkout, what I thought were adds for other products pooped up. One of the products was Popeyes Venture Meditation App. I bypassed them only to find they had been added to my order. I contacted the customer support numbers and requested a refund because I didn't authorize them. Popeyes refused to grant my request by arguing I agreed to the charge, which I didn't.
