I was purchasing a Temu pallet for 9:95 next thing I know 149.99 and 9:95 was removed from my account under elegant jewelry access now it went to Popeyes fitness app this happened March 25 2024 transaction pended until April 1st now they don't want to refund money

Took money 49.80 out of my account don't have app never heard of it want my money back I work hard for my money give it back... what info do u need to give me back my money I want my money back and you can give it to me... I will try to call you again I will send lots of emails I will bother u anyway I can. It sickens me u would take from people who work hard get a real job stop stealing from people

My Tik Tac appear Jennifer Aniston by giving away Mac book by only paying handling shipping cost. Then the entire thing was scammed. They use your credit card information to join the program called “Give a way program raffle subscription” and charged many items that you have never heard. You need to canceled it by calling 855.629.0827. The first thing they charged is the Popeye Venture Fitness App for $149 and application $9.95 and your card appeared wholesome dietary or Turbo Vacuum…etc…You don’t need to agree or to know nothing about it. They automatic keeping charged your credit card. I disputed the charged and canceled my card. They are scammers.

I received an email that a charge was made for $9.95 to Robust Technology's & then one for $149.95 to Handy Gizmo Gizmos (which I was told was Popeye's Venture App.) Then I received another email stating that we signed up for an account with Popeyes Venture App, and had to cancel within 1 business day before the end of the trial or be charged $39.95 a month after the trial. I called the customer Service for 2 of the 3 numbers & they are the same company. Spoke to "Shawn" (Robust) the first time & "Joe" (Popeyes) the 2nd time. "Shawn" was not able to transfer me to someone higher up that would be able to cancel & refund this as they don't have that capability but he assured me that I would receive a phone call back in 24-48 hours. I'm not holding my breathe. "Joe" who was with Popeye's Fitness App assured me that the contract was canceled and that I would be receiving an email within 24 hours with confirmation. All of this was done through my 11 yr old's name, who is at school and has no access to technology. I have already contacted my bank for a dispute, canceled my card & changed my password to my email. If you try to contact them directly you will not get anywhere. None of this was authorized and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I signed up for pots that they advertised for a $6.95 closeout sale from Amazon. After I paid the $6.96 I received another charge of $149.00 for a fitness app for which I never signed up or even heard about. Total bunch of Scammers that have to be STOPPED. Popeys Venture is a scam and they won't even give us the state they are based in.

If you ordered a free trial of CBD oil or anything that says pay shipping it is a scam. Call and cancel asap and delete your card immediately. •SPAM• check your account for sunithirized charges and contact financial institution or credit card immediately !

Same experience as everyone else... I'm so ticked off, but i have to take some blame, i hadn't checked my card for a couple months (it's a fun money card that's loaded from a bit of my paycheck) so i don't check it regularly, as long as it works I'm good. Today i found 2 months of charges from this company and they offered me partial refunds which is not acceptable. I asked if i needed to speak with my card company to get the entire refund, which they apparently don't want me to do... ended up offering me 100% of most recent charge, which still isn't 100% of 2 months, I'll take it up with my card company. They will get it back however they do it, I've had this happen one other time ?‍♀️ so hopefully they'll do their magic and get it all back for me

I just received a charge on my account for 24.99 and the numbers associated with the charge are saying they don't have a record of an account that i never set up. I know I don't have an account with this company ive never heard of it a day in my life.

Additional info. I contacted three totally different numbers all of them are the same company this Popeyes Venture Meditation company, one person just repeated himself and the other two offered no assistance saying they can only escalate the call but it takes 24-48 hrs to get a call back from the supervisor and they gave a phony email address. I just want my money back from this company, and apparently they said its only been going on for week but looking at this page its been going on for almost a year and they have yet to find a solution to the issue. If any one knows how to get results please tell me.

Said , I signed up for this app they took $80 from my card. I didn't even know this company existed! They said I can get my $19.99 the one i caught coming out my account in a refund. It will take 24 to 48 hours to receive. Scam at it's best!

Got the same scam everyone else is writing about. Said I signed up in Jan for a "wellness app" called Popeye's Venture which I definitely did not. Was told I could only cancel this account and get a 25% off discount off the $19.99 charge as a refund! Am now waiting for 48 hours to get a call back from a "manager". meantime, I will dispute it on my credit card and will probably have to reissue a new one with a diff number to keep them from charging again.

Charged me 19.99. When I called to see who they was he said an app which I've never downloaded. First he said I downloaded the app in Jan as 30 days free then he said the charge never went through.

I checked my bank account and it stated I downloaded the application for Popeyes Venture fitness. I know damn well I didn't. I believe anyone who went thru Hughesnet internet were scammed thru their publications that they offered. Because January 6th is the same day I put the order in for Hughesnet. I am disabled on disability, had a 2nd surgery recently on my lumbar, neck problems, so why would I download an exercise app when I can't even do physical therapy!

I got the 800 number for this SO CALLED Customer Service that said I downloaded it. I said no, I want a full refund. She said 25%, nope..full refund, 50% nope I get a lawyer...75%...nope, I will contact BBB! Not sure yet, well you better be sure because I will contact the BBB, also your talking to someone who worked in sales and customer service for 30 yrs. Full refund because the Customer is always always right! Plus I dealt with scammers like you before. Full refund or BBB! I WILL be getting a full refund!

I did check my history I never downloaded the popeye app either or checked out their sight! DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK!

This company is charging my card and I have no idea what the company is. They have multiple numbers that go to a general customer service place and they don't even really know what the app is for. I can't get ahold of anyone actually associated with the company. It's supposed to be an app but I don't have an email that I ever joined or a even have the app downloaded on any of my devices.

They continue to charge me $19.99 a month for a fitness app that I never signed up for -- been trying to get a refund (no luck) and I have notified my credit card company -- I hope I don't have to cancel the card because the charges keep coming through

They keep saying I received an email when I joined (not true) -- they keep saying I have the app on my phone -- not true -- TOTAL SCAM

I have called multiple times and they keep saying it is cancelled -- but they have no record of the earlier calls -- TOTAL SCAM

I had gotten 2 charges on my account for $19.99 stating i downloaded some fitness app... remind you im a wife and mother of 2 and working 50-60 hrs a week i could careless about my weight. I called the number listed 844-617-0236 rep said he would cancel my account but no refund. this is a scam! I never signed up for it and they would not issue me a refund! I am working with bank about canceling card and reporting as fraud on my account

I ordered the keto pills from the "Sarah's Discovery" weight loss that's all over instagram...paid $6.95 for it, also another $6.95 for another bottle of something else that wouldn't let me opt out of it...figured it was cheap so bought it. 2 weeks later my card was charged about $91 and $95 because "it was only a trial 14 day period and if I didn't cancel or return the pills it charges the full amount" This was listed NO WHERE, and I read fine lines! I contacted the company, which was pure dietary.com...they refunded 25% of it and canceled out my account. a few weeks later, I have a random charge for $19.99 from a "coolestdream" out of New York...I disputed the charge on my card and called the company, the number was 844-940-3693, they said I signed up for a 30 day free trail of Popeyes Venture Fitness App and didn't cancel...I did not ever do that nor have I heard of it. They canceled out my account and would not refund $$. I told them I'm disputing the charge. This needs to be stopped! I now need to change my card info, etc. Such a hassle.

My name is Cathy Gillespie and I just got a charge for $19.99 apparently for downloading a free app called Popeyes Ventures phone number 18449783039 associated with the charge. I called them and they said they would cancel this bull$%&t and send me an email with a partial refund which I haven't received. I called them today and was told they don't know why the system didn't generate an email and I declined my refund so I won't be getting one. I'm currently working with the BBB to file a complaint against these scammers. They need to be stopped immediately.

After first being scammed when agreed to a sample bottle of cbd oil by Pure Leaf I discovered I got hit by another faux charge for Popeye Venture (listed as ExtraSimplistic on my credit car bill). Telerep said I had download a fitness app and signed up for a 30 day trial and was charged because I didn't cancel before end of the trial. PURE BS!
I called my bank to replace my bank card for fear of continuing to be pestered/robbed by these scammers.

I ordered CBD oil from a Facebook Ad that stated Mike Wolfe from American Pickers owned the company. I doubt it now. I was charged $4.98 shipping, but then another $4.95 for CBD cream that I did not order and came smashed. I called the number on my credit card statement 855-752-5245 and spoke to a Richard as two weeks after receiving this oil I was charged $84.92 and $94.92 for another shipment which I never ordered nor did the facebook ad state there would be further deliveries. At first I was offered a 25%, then 50% then 75% refund. After arguing with this man and threatening to go to Investigating reporting on a TV news station he relented and said I would get 100% back. I received only $74.92 and $84.92. Called back and was told the difference was a restocking fee. I asked to speak to supervisor and of course none available. Was then told to contact Support @PureGreenValley.com and of course was told no refund as it was a restocking fee. I still have their product and would like to have it tested someplace to see what is actually in it. So I am out about $30. But now I find this popeye's venture charge of $19.99 on my card. I never uploaded this app I was able to get it stopped, but they would not refund my money. Hopefully I can get my funds by putting in a claim to my credit card company. The take away don't buy anything you see in an ad on
Facebook.

Same issue. Read advertisement, no mention of reoccurring charges, CBD OIL and Cream. Charged four months before we caught it, never received product, of course I have a neighbor who steals mail, but never got anything, canceled account, still being charged. Had to cancel bank account, reopen a totally new one. Bank is absolutely no help.

People, Beware, don't buy from Instagram or Facebook, same company owns them both.

They have become rich, cheating us from our impulses

It was on two different orders I want to be sure I am not going to be charged for this. The company I ordered from said it was not showing on my order but my order summary had it in two different orders and the phone number was a non working number.
