Sunday March 5 , 2023 6:00 am. while using her computer pop ups appeared and then the cursor was not in her control. A message appeared that said it was a computer support company with a phone number to call. She called the number. From there they requested information. She gave them her name, phone and cell number , address, and which bank instutute she used. From there they took control of the computer and said it was being fixed and that the system was not secure so they would install a security program that would take 1 hour. Shortly after a print out from her printer automatically printed. On the paper was information and the amount to pay for the installation of the program. They requested the payment be sent as a personal check to Divine Market. She did not send a check. After that a few more calls came by these numbers claiming the computer was fixed. 18389999231 15182945410.. Those numbers have now been blocked and the computer is shut off and has been sent to be cleaned
