Purchased clothing which were fakes of poor quality vs what was advertised. Options when requesting a return were to get $5 and keep the items, a 25$ coupon and keep the items, or ship the items back to China at my own cost. No return slip or way to track the items and of course shipping back to China cost almost as much as I already spent on the items. The customer service emails also tried to give me the run around saying they sent me the return information several times when they had not.
