I also reported them to Federal trade bureau and FBI online scam. Had same experience lost the $550. and was asked more from shipper for 2200 dollar crate or 960 to rent ...never got money back and they continued to advertise the puppy i paid for glad their website is down

The same happened to me I reported both poopuppiecity and transporter to federal trade commission and FBI online misuse never got my puppy but they still advertised him for 2 months! Glad the website is down!

After seeing Cavapoo puppies for sale on their website. I filled out a form to inquire about puppies for sale. After several emails with questions back & forth ( what kind of yard I would provide, the name of my vet etc.) he explained the dog I was interested in was available for $550. That included using Jfk pet carrier to deliver the dog to my door. When asked why the dog was such a good price I was told it was a godly family that just wanted to provide good homes for the pups they raised & loved. The money was requested & then I would sign papers the carrier would provide me taking ownership of the dog. I tried to use PayPal but they said they couldn’t take that. We used a Walmart to Walmart money transfer. After the transfer while I was waiting to sign papers from the carrier a friend sent me a review on your site about a poopuppiescities Scam. The article said once they had signed papers on the dog they paid for that the carrier demanded additional trumped up charges as high as &2,000. Wishing I had seen the scam article earlier, I notified Poopuppiescities and asked if there were any additional charges that I would have to pay to get the puppy. The man replied no, you have already paid for the dog & the carrier service. I then sent another email asking if he could guarantee me that the carrier would not charge me any additional charges for any reason. He then replied again that no there would be no additional charges. When I got the paperwork from JFK carrier, I replied I would accept ownership of the dog as long as they guaranteed me no additional charges. I never heard back from Jfk carrier. I called poopuppiescities & he told me there was an emergency & he would resolve everything the next day. I waited a day for his so called emergency & tried to email & call repeatedly with no response. I then sent an email requesting my money back. No response. I sent another email & called asking for my money to be returned or I would report him to Dept of Businesses & Professional Regulation & report him to Scam sites in addition to the Better Business Bureau. It has been 4 days & I have had no contact. I have no dog & I am out $550. These are heartless people with no moral compass. Please stay away fro them.

Purchased a cockatoo puppy all appeared fine until shipping. Jfk pet aiways rejected the sellers shipping crate and offered to rent me a air conditioned crate for $960.00.

I rejected their offer and emailed loopholes and ask for me money back, no reply.
