This Scammer’s name is Ricky *******, pretending to own/operate a valid pool service company. He is however, not a legitimate company and does not perform the work he promises to perform. He charged over $6,000 to replace a pool liner, only to completely botch the installation and cause $2000 in electrical damage. The liner leaked immediately and he was notified immediately. He has refused to fix the problem (his installation) and has refused to refund the money of his botched pool job. Three other pools companies have verified that he is in fact at fault, yet he will not stand by his work and make it right. He is the ultimate “grease ball”. Everything with his COMPANY logo is actually owned by his accomplice who goes by Betina - his partner in crime! BUYER BEWARE! They will overcharge for product, fail to deliver and then run and hide with all of the stolen money, refusing to answer phone calls or emails!!! Service by Luau is NOT a legitimate business!! They are con-artists and thieves!! He failed to pay taxes on his last business and was shut down by OTC, so he opened a series of LLC’s to try and cover his tracks. Absolute horrible humans and downright THEIVES!
