A puppy was purchased. They wanted the money thru an app. Once it was sent they said to click send. And take a screen shot of the payment made to proceed. They said They would go register it at the airport where it would get sent at and let me know. The tracking information. When I asked about it they said the universal pet transport would email me with the info.i received an email sating I had to purchase an insurance so it can be delivered for its security just in case anything happened to it. But they wanted 850 and wanted it through an money app no cards. They were messaging me when was the money getting sent and gave me fake information to were to send it too. They were texting one day like at 12 and 1am. I replied to the seller I did not want the puppy no more since there was no reason for me to pay more since on the website it states it included delivery and shipping for the 700. When I told them about the refund they said no they only refund if the puppy is sick or dead. I did tell them that is not what the email said it clearly states within 30 days of purchase you can return for a full refund or exchange the puppy for any reason. They would not pick up there phone when called but twice. I never once spoke to the lady it was a man. The first time I did get a hold of them He mentioned how the airline had told them to go pick up the puppy and I told him he could go do that and give me my money I told him I would complain he said there was no need for that because that would make them look bad. He said they would go look for the puppy once they had it he would see about my refund. When I asked about it they replied there wasn't going to be one. And kept telling me I had to. They then hung up on me.
