I ordered a dog bed from Pooch naps on Jan 7 They never sent me a confirmation email so I have no way of tracking this. It is now Feb 21 and I don't know how to contact them because I have never received the bed. I think that maybe I can have my credit card company reverse the transaction. Is this a scam or is it just taking an extra long time to receive my item,.

I ordered and paid $59.00 for a large dog bed from Pooch-Naps on January 9th. Pooch-Naps confirmed my order on January 10th. When i haven't received my tracking information, i checked on my order. Instead of the tracking information, it read that they weren't accepting orders right now. I tried to contact them with no response from them. Yet they confirmed my order and still nothing. Yet the company's advertisement hasn't stopped for ongoing potential orders.

I purchased a dog bed from Poochnaps.com. First of all, there is no phone number or address to this company. They run facebook ads, and I ordered the bed from there. It took over a month for them to send me a bed, and I received it and it may be worth five dollars. I paid $50 for it. It is way too small for my dog, though I went by the measurements shared on the web. I've emailed numerous times to return it, and they will not respond.
