Got an email saying we were charged for a year subscription to Geek Squad and if we did not authorize it to call the number for a refund. I called and first he got me to download an app to my phone and he was able to connect and see everything. Then he sent me a google form to fill out. I put my name, email, address, birthday and the name of the bank. When I asked him how much the refund was for to put it in the form, he told me 350. That was a red flag, because the document said 340. When I questioned him he said his was showing 350 to put that in. Then it asked the name of my bank. I put it, but then asked why he needed that because I had already looked and the charge did not come out of it. I told him to tell me what card it was showing they charged. He stumbled around and said they were just going to issue it to my bank. I immediately erased everything, told him this was fishy and hung up. I then proceeded to delete the app off of my phone.
