On 5/30/20 I inquired about “Tina” a white tiny Pomeranian. And after inquires and supposed video I agreed to pay $700 (on website she is listed for $500) and $200 for shipping. I sent $900 via VENMO to KingII @fleshgod. The following day on 5/31/20 I received a receipt via email for UShip delivery. I checked out the Company and started noticing things weren’t right. For one they said they didn’t use tracking numbers on invoices, which mine had. A few hours later I was contacted by “Tim” a UShip delivery driver supposedly bringing the dog. He said she was stuck in AZ. and in order to proceed the “Arizona Pet Aviation Commission Office” said I need to buy “Refundable Pet Life Insurance” for the dog.

The amount they are asking for $1550. So, the company they gave me does not exist. I did get in touch with Arizona Dept of Agriculture and they do not do or request Per Life Insurance. Only documents showing health of pet and if over four months proof of rabies vaccine. So I did the same for entry of peta into CA and they gave same info. So I contacted UShip and they said they do not deal with insurance of any kind. Upon responding to “Tim” he tried sending me a receipt of someone else who paid the insurance which I also sent to UShip. They said it was a scam and they don’t do anything like that. I told both the delivery person and the seller and they are telling me I contacted the wrong UShip Branch. I have asked for a refund to the seller which he is refusing and contacted Venmo, along with my bank for fraudulent activity. I have all texts and emails if you need copies. Please warn other people. I saved for two years and am on disability, unable to leave house and this was supposed to be my daughters 8th grade graduation gift as she’s been wanting a Pom puppy for about five years now. We are completely devastated. Please look into this and warn others.
