Type of a scam Online Purchase
Depuis plus de nouvelles , impossible de le joindre par telephone ou par message , pas de reponse. J'ai contacté la société de transport qui a un site hyperflyway.com sans succes . Et hier mardi 7 juillet ils m'ont ecrit qu'il n'avait pas recu le paiement pour le cite permit . Ils m'ecrivent par courriel qu ils ont envoye un agent chez l expediteur et qu'on leur a dit qu'il etait dans le coma . Donc il me demande de payer le cite permit de 1400$ . Je leur ai envoye les recus des paiements ainsi que les derniers textos de Roberto Terry ou il ecrit qu'il a payé et que le transporteur doit faire la livraison lundi 6 juillet 2020 . Dans l'histoire je perds 3400$ pas de chiot pomeraniens . Sur le tracker le chiot est en attente en Pennsylvanie . En attente du cite permit et insurance. Hyperflyway me menace de mettre le chiot en quarantaine et que je risque des poursuites pour abandon d'animal. Je leur ai demandé des photos du chiens dans sa cage et des papiers qui seraient a mon nom . Je n'ai rien eu .
Je ne veux pas qu'ils s'en sortent ainsi et je veux avoir mon argent et mon chiot s il existe .

J'ai conservé tous les messages textes et les courriels qui prouvent ce que je vous raconte .
Que faire pour que tout se termine bien ?

Soit c'est un scam et je voudrais recuperer mes 3500$ sans compter le stress et tous les inconvenients que cela me donne.

From my choice the price was $ 1700 USD but with the exchange it made me too much so he made me a price for 1500 $ ca. As I feared a scam he called me every day and sent messages to keep me posted. Then he asked me to pay half and the rest upon delivery of the puppy. I offered Paypal however it didn't work, so we used Western Union. I paid $ 850 ca by credit card with the Western Union app. Then he sent me the certificate of ownership to sign. Everything seemed fine. I asked him for a vdeocam he did not refuse but it could not be done. He answered my messages and calls. Then he went to the transport company Hyperflyway and he had to pay $ 2,500 USD for a cage ventilated according to the new covid19 standards. Not being able to pay everything, he offers to participate in a game. So I paid $ 1,000 CAD and him $ 1,500. After that he fell ill and had to go to the hospital. He put the puppy in the transporter on June 30, 2020. I then received an email from HYPERFLYWAY with contact details and tracking number to follow the puppy while traveling. Everything seemed fine.
