I paid Mr. Pulu through Facebook payments and since, has yet to receive my order. I have inbox messages showing that he has completely ignore me since I started e-mailing him more about the time frame on when I should be expecting my package.
Fast forward almost 7 months later, no luck in receiving no kind of explanation as to why I haven’t received my order or answering my request for a refund. I even left comments on their business page warning future customers about ordering with them. Only to be deleted later and blocking me from leaving comments on their Facebook page. I looked through other comments to see if other customers have had the same issue, and not to my surprise. I found 2 other customers who had commented that they too have been victims by Polynesian Lids. One of which, mentioning that Polynesian Lids owe them $200. I’m sure there are more, but only came across the two.
Recently, they have been promoting a sale that they have going on, looking for their next victims. Again, I reached out to them asking about my order and still nothing. Please if I can help many not fall victim to their scam. I can rest assure that I did enough to stop this cycle of preying on innocent people and taking their hard-earned money.
