I purchased two items on the website. First order was placed on April 28, 2021 in the amount of $471.90 and another order on September 30, 2021 in the amount of $94.90. I never received any of the products I ordered. Both of the items were stated as “pre-orders” with a delivery time in first quarter of 2022. While waiting for the product I contacted the company by email several times to find out when I will be receiving my orders and every time I was assured the product will be coming in "couple months". I never received any product and company stopped answering my emails shortly after. I tried contacting my credit card company to open a dispute on the charges but I was told I can not open a dispute because of the age of the purchase. In my opinion the people running the company know that after a certain time people can not get their money back for the products they never received.

Please help stop this, Thank you.
