I ordered a shirt online on April 19, 2020 and received an email with my Order confirmation number and a Tracking number. I never received the item and it is now May 13, 2020. When clicking on the Tracking Number that action launches a site called Trackiest which indicates the delivery status is "Pre Transit". I have clicked on that tracking number multiple times and it is always the same status. I have since tried to contact Custome Support 5 times. The message that returns is "All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. We pack and ship immediately so that your shipment can be on its way ASAP (usually between 5-12 business days). US domestic deliveries usually take 7-14 business days." I tried to cancel the order and received a message "Unfortunately it's too late to change your order now. Rest assured, all our products are awesome! So, even though you'll be receiving a product that you would no longer like, we're sure that you'll find a good use for it."
