I purchased a necklace from this company and never received. In return this company obtained my credit card info, name, and address. They also received payment for the item in the amount of $40 and I never received my item. I have contacted them multiple times about this transaction that occured in early December. Each time the company said they could not refund my payment due to it being in transit. The tracking number is unavailable and here it is April. I sent another email stating that here it is April and I still haven’t received the item or a refund. Thanks!
