There was an ad on Instagram for a retro pack of Lightroom preset filters advertised for $1. I clicked on the ad and was expecting to pay $1. I received an invoice later that day for a recurring monthly membership for $19.99 that would be billed on 5/12/25. I have since contacted [email protected] SIX times since 5/9/25 communicating that I wanted the membership that I never agreed to, or intended on purchasing cancelled. The portal associated with the invoice is not functioning. You cannot cancel your membership, remove your debit card information or anything. The portal functions like a pdf file. I have contacted my bank and disputed the charge, and they advised me that they put a stop payment on the merchant.
