I ordered a poke pet card after seeing the company on TikTok. The product was supposed to ship within 7-14 days. It’s been over 20 days and it still hasn’t been shipped. The company won’t answer emails and has removed their phone number from the website. After not receiving my product on time I found their TikTok and read the latest comments of a lot of people having the same issues.
