I placed an order on 12/22/2022 for two Mulberry Vitamin C Serums. I did not receive any time of update so I reached out in January, they got back to me letting me know there was an "error and USPS that caused the delay". I reached out a week later for an update and was asked if I received a tracking number. I told them I have not received anything but my order confirmation email. It has now been another week and the business will not reply to my emails or call. When I check my order on their site it says it still has not been fulfilled... I believe they are scamming people out of their money and providing fake updates to seem legit.
