I responded to an add for buying pallets. I took the chance and ordered one. I no where did I see it was coming from overseas so I paid for express shipping. About a 3 days went by and I had not heard anything about the shipment or tracking. Fortunately I had taken a screenshot of the ad so I went to website and found contact information. I emailed and they responded back and that is when I realized it was coming from overseas and there was tracking information. I kept an eye on it and then one day it said it was delivered to my mailbox. I thought to myself that’s impossible it is a pallet. Sure enough I went to mailbox and there it was a SINGLE package. I immediately emailed them and asked for an explanation. See attached for what they said. I am now out $49.98 as the one item wasn’t even worth that. The settlement they offered was for me to pay for shipping item back and they would give me a 15%refund. I went back to website and nowhere did I find what they said. I took screenshots of everything but can only attach one here. I just want something done so no one else goes through this
