Everything appeared legitimate as far as advertising, selections and payment security.
I then received a ring as a "gift" while I waited for my order.
This is the first email conversation:

This tracking number is the number associated with my actual order not the ring you sent, but implies that I received my order. https://m.17track.net/en/track-details?v=2#nums=ZLEUS3100348300YQ

Thanks for contacting us. The ring is a small Christmas gift we prepared in advance, are you willing to wait for your goods?
Due to store promotions, our products are in short supply and the warehouse workload is heavy, so delivery is slow. Good things are worth waiting for, this offer is the best of the year and it will be difficult to get such a good offer in the future.

After several email exchanges requesting information about when I should get my order, I cancelled my debit card that
I had used so that they could not get into my account.
I have had many emails from them claiming that they are trying to process my refund. This order was placed in November 2022 and I have not gotten a straight answer from them.
