said he was from pnc fraud dept the number when he called was pnc he said that a stanley rivera was attempting to take money thru zelle he told me to sign onto mobile app which i did once i did that the money was sent to him i filed a police report but they cant do anything they said the bank has to handle it and they wont investagate until it is posted instead of pending
