Paid for a part for a broken leaking freezer back on 6/27/22. It is now 10/18/22 and it has not been replaced. I've been calling for months and they say the part is back-ordered. I come to find out from the manufacturer of our product that the part that they claim is not available isn't used for the particular model we own. I've called multiple times and the story changes. When I called them out on this they told me that the part was discontinued. They didn't bother to tell me and they will not reimburse me. The only contact at this number is very dodgy and avoidant. He cannot provide me with a billing contact. Said he would try to get hold of the technician, but couldn't guarantee it. No one ever calls back when he says they will. I just want my money back.
