It took over a month and many emails to the seller for me to receive the wrong product. When I inquired about when to expect the pool, the seller did not get back to me for long periods of time, if at all. I requested a refund and received a generic email that had nothing to do with my request. Their website is now non-existent. The item I received was SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT than the description on the seller’s website, which no longer exists. The brand name was supposed to be “Intex” and I received “Jilong”; the size of the pool is smaller in length, width, and depth; and is rectangular, rather than round (was supposed to be 15' x 48"). Additionally, it was missing a filter pump, ground cloth, and ladder. I do not believe that the item I received was in error, as this seller has committed a “bait and switch” crime with many other customers. This website is proof of the numerous complaints against them: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/plygonow.com. The seller proposed a partial refund with me keeping the pool for $85.99. The pool I received is not nearly worth this much and is designed for small children. If I do not want the pool, the seller expects me to pay return shipping costs, which will be quite expensive, as he wants me to ship it back to China, when it originally came from California.This is the return address that was given to me: 4th Floor, Building A2, Qinghu Silicon Valley Power Industrial Park, Longhua Street, Longhua District Consignee: Fang Huahui Phone Number: 175 1203 5720 ShenZhen GUANGDONG 518000 China. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and am awaiting their response.
