It two months for tracking to update and when it did it said it was already delivered 18 days prior to but it wasn’t delivered. When I checked with the post office it said they had created a label but they had not received it yet. When I talked with them they said to take it up with the carrier.

Found a laser engraving machine through Google search. Went website, it looked legit. Purchased product with Visa debit card. Never got a confirmation or anything but the money was taken out of our bank account on November 27, as of December 27 still have not received product and no way of even try to track it or even a legit way to contact anyone through the website.
