The ad on FaceBook advertised a free trial bottle of diet pills only pay shipping of $3.99. Once I submitted the order I received an email stating the order was $199.99 then my card was charged $206.99.i immediately replied to the email and stated I wanted to cancel due to incorrect amount charged. I also called after sending email and spoke with a representative who said they do not offer a free trial, this was not their ad or their company. Yet they handle the fulfillment. They stated, even though the contact was in an hour (after holding 30 minutes), the order was already fulfilled. I must return the product in order to get a refund. Shipping would take 3-7 days, return would take 7-14 and refund after that. So they will have a hold of my money for more than 30 days at that point.
