Plushframes has never sent my order from over two months ago and appears to have blocked me from their social media

I saw their “company” advertising 3 free pairs of sunglasses, all you have to do is cover shipping. I ordered a month ago, received no information after order about my purchase, and when I followed up with their customer service email I was ghosted. Their Instagram page is now deleted too. Other people online had the same experience as me
