I bought 2 masks and filters online, shipping option was Purolator- great I gave them my work address as that is where I am all the time and Purolator comes here everyday almost. 10 days no mask, made an inquiry and got a general response that my request for information was logged. Their tracking information was tagged at the bottom as a seperate reply which I missed because of the email composition.
20 days after the order I emailed again and complained that I had not received the items. They said the package was undeliverable as my address was not valid. After finding the tracking info and looking at the tracking I finally discovered they had shipped the item by Canada Post which does not deliver to my work as we have post office boxes in this area. Why say Purolator and then ship by Canada Post... I am still in dispute with them but so mad about the time and effort put into all the back and forth about their error.

The company is not standing behind its products Back when I hadn’t done much research I had bought many masks from them for outdoor use only and the valve on many of those literally fell on the floor minutes after I first wore them. They would not replace or refund claiming it had been two months. The masks are brand new. I have an extensive stock of masks snd did not start wearing them right away after receiving them. The bottom line is masks with valves are NOT safe not recommended a and the company did not have the decency to acknowledge their own defective masks. They do not care for their customers well being. It is obvious the screen their reviews and only post the good ones on their site leaving out the not so favourable educated reviews and making only great misleading reviews by people who haven’t done their research available.
I just emailed them regarding the same issue. I have sealed unused masks that I purchased from them that I will now not be using since valves are not safe for preventing coronavirus. They are very dismissive and refuse a refund or replacement. They are still continuing to sell these masks on their website too. Do not buy from this garbage company!
Hi Everyone, This is Plus Guardian Canada. We actually have provided masks for The City Of Toronto, TTC, Sobeys, City Of Ottawa, and many more. Please note the reason multiple customers did not receive their mask in April / June / July is because we were shipping with Canada Post. If you google Canada Post lawsuit, you can see they made a big mistake by lying to people and when we shipped expressed we expected it to come the next day to all customers. It ended up coming 30 days or months later. Since then we have provided same day shipping now if you order by 1PM and we also use Purolator as Canada Post was to risky. Everyone who did not receive their mask got a full refund. Anyone who has received their mask are very happy with the quality.
Feel free to do any investigation needed on us, we have nothing to hide, and we have sold millions of masks to this date. We also have been mentioned on Complex, Elle, CBC Canada, Global News, City Of Ottawa, and Toronto Life to name a few articles.
Mine came in 3 days, good quality especially for the price.
I personally had a good experience with them! Got my order in 4 days. The masks were good quality too.
fake review, how canned can you get? PlusGuardian deletes all of its bad reviews off its website and is now trying to control the reviews on other forums.
They dont havea a facebook page, and their comments are turned off on their youtube channel.
We ordered two masks on May 22nd. Now it is July 7th and still no masks. Canada Post is to blame they tell us, now they have switched to Purolator for delivery! What about their customers who have been waiting weeks, not a great company to deal with and when you ask for a refund they just ignore you! Beware!

This company is committing mail fraud, which is an indictable offence in Canada. They purportedly sell non-medical, reusable masks and filters. Once your credit card is charged for the products, you are provided with a Purolator tracking number, but you will never get the product. This appears to be a well-known fact throughout social media, but unfortunately Plus Guardian Canada is still defrauding hundreds of Canadians per day. Their scheme is not particularly sophisticated, but their involvement with Purolator and tracking numbers is interesting. (Still waiting to hear back from Purolator.) Was able to get this company's alleged address by clicking on a link in Purolator. Reported them to the police for follow up.
I recommend requesting your Credit Card provider to chargeback as a fraud. This company continues to make excuses and blaming Canada Post. I have been using Canada Posts throughout this period and experienced minimal delays. Switching to Purolator isn't going to solve their manufacturing problems. This comment will be deleted because they are covering up these problems

Website claims they sell masks, and they supplied Canada Inspection Agency, Toronto Police... spent $55.00, it’s been a month, no masks. The company claims they are in the GTA, but will not provide an address or telephone number. They say they ship the order out within 2-3 business days... nothing. They send out tracking numbers, nothing can be tracked on Canada post. Looks like it’s a scam.
