took money without delivering the product, or installation of product. Now refuses to refund money for not complying to contract. Also stating that they will bill us for additional fees and labor. But nothing was done, I have emails on the constant delays for the installation. The credit union put us in fraud status but approved us for the loan. We politely requested our deposit back because of our constant delays we received from the bank and the fact that we are now in fraud status. All we want is our deposit back and to be left alone
