Purchased product online on 7/16. Received an email that my order was confirmed same day. 7/18 payment cleared my account. Have not received any further emails/updates re: shipping/tracking of product purchased. I have sent 4 emails to company requesting update/tracking information and have heard nothing! One would think after 5 business days a product would be ready to be shipped if not done already. Questionable business practice/scam.
