I attempted to buy above ground pool steps that they showed they sell I made the purchase and never received a confirmation for the order. I called and no one answered phone. I then sent 2 emails it took a the second email with a note stating my credit union had been notified they they were fraudulent business to get a response at that point they stated they had the order and it would take 21 days to receive my steps. I have not received my steps or a refund that I also request because they did not send steps..

Ordered product through plibean website. No tracking for product. Tried calling phone number on website numerous times, phone is disconnected, no longer in service. Sent plibean an email, no response. If you want to just give your money away, plibean. Com is your place.
