Called to activate prescription benefit card. Shuffled between bots and people 5 times. Tried to sell emergency alert service w/free neckless instead of card activation. I hung up when last guy got rude. Later found card obsoleted years ago, could not be activated. Qualifies? Don't know but sure was dishonest.
