They post pictures and information about their puppies, give you a long so called history of their breeding etc. once you pay, the Transport company then calls you Mana Pet Transport and provides an "insurance" you must pay upfront for your puppy to travel and then there is a medical problem due to puppy being traumatized. They go as far as emailing you updates on puppy, send videos.

Entered by ScamPulse.com Staff - LJ - 5-7-20. I lost money on a puppy scam. I Googled Shih Tzu puppies. I found a breeder Plaza Shih Tzu. James Peterson contact. Said they were in Cleveland OH. I do not have their address or phone number. We communicated by E mail. I received an E mail from the shipping company Mana Pet Transport this morning. They would be shipping the puppy.They had received the dog for shipping. Their phone number is 234-231-3857. I sent $650 for the puppy and shipping to James Peterson through CashApp. The money has transferred. CashApp does not offer protection. I did file a claim with CashApp. The same puppy pictures come up under Vina Shih Tzu.
