I purchased a PS5 Console from PlayStation Wholesale Store on December 19, 2020. I check the update status using the order number and it said it was shipped December 21, 2020. They took the money out my account and I haven’t received the PS5 and I don’t have a tracking number. When I put in the Order Number and my email it say contact us. I have called left messages sent email and NO response.
