Money was taken from my account on 2/16/21. I may have clicked on a Facebook site but not sure what it was. How do I stop them from taking more money? I don’t want whatever they are selling. I don’t know what it is that I’m supposed to be getting. I remember getting a message from a recipe site saying I could receive money. Not sure how this happened but I don’t want them to take more of my money.

It was something on Facebook it said if you signed up you could have a chance to win money so I did and it’s been trying to take money out of my cashapp. Thank God I don’t have money on it because it would’ve taken money out 3x now. I don’t know how to make it stop but it needs to stop. If it ends up taking money out of my account I am going to be very mad. I’m just not going to keep money in my cashapp so it doesn’t have the chance to take the money.

They texted me 3 times that my Netflix account is locked because my payment was declined. My payments are automaticity charged to my credit card. I want this stopped. They are annoying and it has been going on for two weeks now. It’s not true and this is a fraudulent way to get customers. The name of the company is Playopoly. I’ve called them and told them I’m not getting their membership.

11.13.2020 I don't recall what I started to sign up for 3 MO. Ago but if it said anything about a trial period , I know I didn't finish putting in the info.
11.06.2020 While going over my bank statement I noticed a charge of $39.99 taken out by playopoly. I went back further and found that for two consecutive mo They charged me $1 each mo. Then for 3 mo after that they charged me $39.99 each mo. Their contact number is 877.371.3923 I promptly called them as I had signed up for nothing. They agreed to put all the money back into my acct. Which they did two days later. Much to my dismay I find that yesterday 11.12.2020 they again took a withdrawal of $39.99. I'm going to call them again today. When I called the first time they said my debit card # didn't match anything they had and asked for my email address. With supposedly without that info they miraculously were able to access my bank acct. My advice is Don't sign up for Anything that has a free trial period and keep a close eye on your bank acct so you can spot anyone taking your money without authorization. I'll be checking mine daily.

Stop taking money of my card I didn’t even fully sign up y’all try to take money off my card everyday!

They scammed me out of my money real quick

He messaged me on Facebook saying I won $5000 cash and when I signed up it asked for my card info and said I won't get charged but it charged me $750 off of my card.

On 10-19-20 my author friends Fb account was hacked unbeknownst to me and I was sent a false ad stating I had won a kindle fire and needed to register so I clicked the link and it wanted my credit card info in case I wanted to make future purchases with them and I was assured repeatedly I would not be charged unless I subscribed to a service or made purchases. One minute later I got a text my card was charged 1.05 and I was mad. I went to the email and cancelled through there and hope it actually cancelled playopoly is a SCAM and needs to be sued. They better not charge me another penny!

I wanted to watch a movie, and it seemed harmless and i was told that it was FREE, until I get a notification saying I got charged, and from what it looks like they could take more if they wanted.

How do I get my money back cause they keep taking it

You are taking my money . I am filing a complaint and want my money returned. I would appreciate a response to my complaint.

A family member wanted to try the 7-day free Disney Plus Channel but it was shocking that instead it went to a 5-day free trial to Playopoly after entering the credit card information, which we had never heard about and did not sign up for this. We cancelled immediately and received an email, "Your membership has been successfully cancelled. You will not incur any further charges." I contacted Playopoly and spoke with a representative raising the account creation as a scam. The rep. affirmed that it is no a scam website and that it is an online, e-book, library. However, the rep mentioned that the card was not charged and will address the issue.

They stole my money too. I was also promised a two year membership to Netflix for free with no money paid out and somehow their website pops up to which I never agreed for them to take any money. So this is a huge scam .If they skim $1.07 off every person, imagine the amount of money ...I want to know how I can get my dollar back and how they can be prosecuted!

I received a text for 3 years free subscription to Netflix. I fill out the info then it takes me to this website. I put my card info in and it told it was a $0 charge, but then my account tells me I got charged 1.07 and it's not even for Netflix. What to do?

I received a text message with a link for a free 2 year membership for Netflix. When I clicked on it it redirected me to a different site for registration, it asked to put in my credit card number, and said that nothing will be charged to my account. After I submitted my info it redirected me to a website called PlotTake, which is for books. The second time it sent me to another book online book site named Hubbelt, I was charged $1.02 from plottake, and two charges from Hubbelt, on for $1.02 and the second one for $1. I immediately cancelled the free trials.

Occuring 1st May 2020.

A website books-online.club appeared to have access to an ebook, advertised as free access. It asked for my name, address, email and credit card details. The site assures that the access is free, but requires your credit card details in case you wish to purchase any items from them in future. After inputting the information, it redirects you to Playopoly which said I had a five day free membership and afterwards would be on a membership plan. It also had already charged a small amount to my credit card. It didn't have the ebook I'd wanted access to in the first place and I've had to speak to my credit card company to try to cancel the transaction.

The original site asking for sign up for the ebook is https://books-online.club/books/signup-ramble/#/z=OCkjgPrOaa7UnkHcuFMoDt/theme=d...

The website ebooksfree.biz advertised that I would have legal and legitimate access to the textbook "Signing Naturally (student workbook) Units 1-6 ISBN: 978-1-58121-210-5" which I need for a current college course upon creating a membership to their site through the read now link. This link took me to a page requiring my name address and credit card information stating it will not be used until the free trial period has ended and I upgrade membership. When i completed this page I found out I was not on the same site but taken to Playopoly and the books advertised were not available on this site. I believe one or both of these two companies (Playopoly or ebooksfree) is fraudulent, and they obtained and shared personal identifying information and credit card information under false pretenses without my personal consent as I did not know the name of the company until after they acquired my information.

All book links on the page (http://ebooksfree.biz/) link to the page (https://mymediarecommendations.com/ms/books?dp=1090127840.535464.fd3dcdf990.256... where the personal and credit card info is collected and when you hit submit it then forwards you to the site (https://playopoly.com/support.php) where the book data base containg none of the books the first site mentions is located.
