Okay I got a email saying that I won a free iPad all I have to do is pay the shipping of 2.95. and more the iPad will be shipped out to me and I would receive a email tracking the package. I never received the email then I called them and asked for a refund they told me today give me half of my refund back and then they finally said they're going to refund it and now she had the money in 5 days back but they begged me not to call the better Business bureau. They're really shady

I have already paid3 different payments for delivery and you keep telling me I owe a dollar until the next page and you want $2.99 for shipping so what's up with this I believe I want a refund is this a scam just to get everyone's money because some people are to lazy to work and have to make their money taking other people's hard earned cash or just a mistake on your part

It is straight up a scam. Don't do it. no prize, but the $89.99 is is real. they will deduct that without fail. I was lucky that i transfered the money to different account before they took it. like couple hours earlier. when i seen what tried to take out money, it wasn't even the same company. I would be ashamed to state what the invoice states the company name was. JUST DON'T DO IT UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY. They got me for the 2.95 to enter the sweepstakes. but i be damn if they got the $89.99

Received a text from 1-610-786-6466 : followed information to xfinity reward program: directed to a survey page at 8ps.me/KIdML (https://snugaprize.site/us)
Was not actually xfinity, but was 'sponsored' by playmydayaway.com which is the same as BigBonus apparently, though the information about the company in charge did not show until after the transaction had been completed.
USE THIS PHONE # 866-215-6412 : the phone number provided by the company is false, this phone number allows you to cancel any future charges.

My wife wanted to buy a some clothes for my daughter's dance class. Amazon sent a verification code (or link) to her cell phone. (Now, I don't know if she went to the right Amazon or not). Later she clicked that link. It asked her to do a survey (with 5 questions). She thought it was Amazon's survey. She did it. Then this website pops up (playmydayaway.com) saying she placed an order and was charged $2.98. She said during the process it asked for her credit card number and she gave it to them (she thought it was Amazon). After I came back, I thought it was strange and she was smart enough to take a screenshot of that mysterious order she never placed. I did some online research about this firm (playmydayaway.com). There is essentially no information online except for its own website. On its website, it says it would change a monthly fee if you don't cancel your membership. I cannot easily tell what product or service it sells. It mentions some contests, sponsors, etc. It has a number to call if you want to cancel your order. I called. They were trying to locate my wife's account or order by asking lots of detailed questions about our identity and personal info. Finally I realize that they were not helping us cancel whatever we did not order but trying to steal our identity. Now I have to call the credit company and the bank and I don't know how much more time to waste to get this resolved. I was an identity theft victim 6 years ago and consequences still there.

In the attached picture, you can see they charge her $2.95. It says it sent an email to her. But she never got anything.
