On May.21st,2021 I paid for music promotion services from Playlist Jr. and emailed them for a reciept. They responded by stating that I got one from PayPal although I did not have the option at the time of payment to do my purchase through PayPal. At this time I was offered a refund by Arthur for the $88.00 USD /$109.54 CAD I paid them for their services. I accepted and was told that in 48 hours I would receive all full refund, however my money never got returned to my account. I just kept getting the promise of their billing department working on my refund.

Hello Ingrid, your case was placed as a complaint on the PayPal platform and they made a refund to you. That is the information we have from the PayPal statement.
