I paid for merchandise that was never shipped (no tracking information given to me to even though it’s specified in the confirmation email that you did) or provided to me. If this item was back ordered I should have been offered more information about that back order but instead I haven’t received any response at all. This is really disappointing as I was trying to support a Black woman’s business but it’s been over a month and I’ve received nothing. This was supposed to be a smooth transaction instead @square @chase @jpmorgan @jpmorganprivatebank is saying they put their online clothing business under transactions for services provided instead of merchandise provided as a way to not have to prove that they sent off this merchandise and are still profiting off this online clothing business.
