I contacted Play Ful Frenchies website and inquired about a puppy they had for sale. The website is very convincing and look to be legitimate. After the initial contact they sent us a contract to fill out we did and sent it back. As the day for shipping got closer the stated they had a permit to ship but had to update his medical records. They even had a voucher for shipping so that would be free. The day the puppy was to be shipped we had not gotten any info on the shipment so we contacted Playful Frenchies again and got no response. Haven't heard anything since 10/25/2019.
