Gentlemen approached us back in March promising to wrap out vehicle stated he was the owner, asked for money in advance he was paid thru pay pal 1400 to wrap the vehicle, when we attempted to bring in the car he gave us a business car for a location in Irvine and then rescheduled multiple times. We have made multiple attemps over the montha to try and either get the money back or get the car wrapped and he has just given us the run around an has yet to resolve the issue. He then sent us a picture of a car thay wasnt mine and said he had already done the car, when confronted about the fake picture he said he wasn't giving us the money back, i have proof that he took the money and never didany work or gave it back, along with pictures and copy of pay pal statements.
