I was forwarded an email for an offer on a great new product to boost your metabolism. I read the offer and reviewed the testimonials. I purchased the money back guaranteed product....called smart cleanse. When it arrived there were several bottles and a charge of $198 on 6/24/18 which was much higher than the original email offer of $69.85. with another charge of $69.85 for a follow up product on 7/24. I tried the Keto pills for about a week and they made me sick. I had received an email about subsequent orders and immediately responded that i did not agree to the additional product and they agreed to stop it after charging me a total of $267.85. When I called to return them on 7/27 they told me the 30 days was up and I could not return them. I never received the product until 7/6 but she said it was 30 days from the date ordered. I argued with a supervised after being on hold forever and calling twice. I was offered a refund of $98 and eventually $69.85 after refusing to hang up. I still haven't even received the follow up product but did get the refund. I'm still out 98 for pills that made me sick...they were diet pills and I felt car sick all day. This company totally scammed me and refuses to take back their unopened product or issue a full refund.
